Not as good as it used to be. White sauce is watery, hot sauce is not hot, I asked for onions and didn’t get any the rice is very orange and I think it’s short grain rice, and not much flavour in the chicken. Not too mention, I got about 3/4 of the food that I used to get. I’ve been ordering from this place for the last six years, and I was pretty disappointed. having said that, the guy working there was very friendly, but still not worth the money anymore.
Love the chicken on rice don’t ask for to much white sauce they are very generous with squeezing that bottle lol. 10/10 food
I have been here a few times, the food quality is quite inconsistent. I have got the shawarma wraps on few occasion, it was made well once - other times it over sauced with cold chicken, falling apart all over, it is just unenjoyable at that point. I have got the chicken rice combos on other occasions, burnt rice/chicken is common, making you have to eat around and not be able to enjoy the meal fully. In regards to the service, the fellow who works at nights is quite pleasant, the fellow who usually works in the afternoons has no customer service and is off putting.
Sana Grill out in Stoney Creek, is the BEST shawarma place Ive come across. Their Chicken Shawarma Wrap is to Die for! Their late hours make it My Go to Place to dine at on a late night. Amazing hospitality, feels just like home! Cheers to the Chef!
The food tasted amazing. The portion was huge for the price. Oscar's customer service and speed of service were absolutely incredible. A Stoney Creek must try !
Owner is rude and lacks any sort of customer service or managerial skills. I pulled into his parking lot planning to eat and was deciding for sure if we were ordering from here Sana Grill or the restaurant next door. Before we could decide running out within 30 seconds of being in the lot still sitting in my car that was running he’s shooing me away telling me I can’t park there. He then proceeded to berate my fiancé for asking a simple question. Obviously there’s not a chance I’m going to give them my money after that all unfolded. That paired up with the way you respond to anyone that doesn’t give you a glowing 5 stars I would say my review is spot on. Will never come here nor suggest it to anyone whatsoever.
