I ordered the chile relleno dinner. My husband ordered the 3 tacos dinner. The dinner also brings a drink. Chips & sauce was put on our table as house courtesy. We were heading east & were hungry; so, we decided to explorer this little eatery at the shopping center. From the cheerful way we were received, to the fast serving, good portion & to finishing, the three caballeros were the best at what they do. Not to mention portion, presentation and flavors were out of this world. Typical Mexican food with a modern twist.
Their storefront from outside does not do them justice to how good the food and service is inside. I had the steak quesadilla as shown in the picture. The taste was excellent. Even the presentation of the quesadilla on the plate was impressive. I did not expect that from a storefront like this. Very nice and courteous folks. Definitely very authentic Mexican food as well as the people preparing the food. Seems like a family-owned establishment. One thing to remember: there are mot as many places to sit here. Only four tables. so plan on to-go for the most part. I did end up sitting here on one of the four tables inside since they had space but I doubt there would be any space at prime lunch time. Parking: Lots of parking space
I’ve tried a lot of Mexican restaurants over the past month due to work in the area and this place really blows all away. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito, I normally find that some places don’t do it well while some do it really well. The burrito was delicious, I paired it with the red sauce, which is by the way really really good. 100% recommended
Best tacos I have ever had. If you are vegetarian, the tacos are not the same generic beans, green peppers, cilantro. Instead, they are nicely simmered green pepper with onions, avocado slices, and Santa Fe sticks. The chicken tacos are great as well for both grilled and chicken tinga. The photos attached show how lovely the chicken and vegetarian tacos look.
Came here for the first time had never heard of it and was met with one of the best Mexican food experiences I have ever had. I don’t know how I hadn't heard of this place sooner. The owner was extremely nice and hospitable and the food was amazing. I ordered three tacos, Al pastor, steak, and Birria and let me tell you I was blown away and I wasn’t even that hungry. He chips and salsa were great too! Delicous amazing please come here !!!
My husband and I stopped in for lunch. The staff is super friendly and made us feel at home. We sat outside on a perfect day. The place is small with 4 tables inside and 2 outside weather permitting. We ordered the carne asada plate and the chile relleno plate. The food is delicious and great quality. The salsas are really good. This is by far my favorite taqueria in the area. Went again 3 weeks later with my son.. He loved it. He's 17 and wants to go back with friends. TRY THIS PLACE. IT'S A MUST!!!
I recently moved to the area. I was on my home and this gem popped up. I called to place my order and the gentleman was very friendly. I ordered steak tacos. I arrived and my order was done on time. Same friendly service inside. I took my first bite and omg. I have never had a taco packed with so much flavor. This restaurant will now be my go to ! This place deserves to be on the main street front and centered. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

The best birria tacos on town but never judge a book it’s cover the food inside is delicious great asada tacos but the appetizer is bomb just one small tiny thing the waiting is a bit long but it’s worth it recommend forsure
I used to live in Chicago and this is some of the best Mexican food in all of Chicago. Excellent tacos especially the Al pastor and one of the best quesadillas. Super friendly staff. 5 stars all day.
