Wow, delicious samosas we had beef and very tasty wings. The bbq sauce on the wings tasted homemade and I want the recipe! This place is open late until midnight, which is great on a Friday or Saturday night after some drinks.
Very delicious and unique samosas. Always fried fresh when you order, has a nice crunch to it. They have other food as well, but I stick with the vegetable samosas, so good! Friendly service.
Wow! My barber Stan's Barber across the street is always telling me how good their food is...my wife and I finally tried it. We ordered Beef, Fish and Veggie samosa....they were perfect. Thin and crispy, spiced perfectly, very delicious! The hot sauce is great. We also ordered the chicken and beef platter and it was amazing. I am not sure how they seasoned the beef but it was one of the best dishes. The chicken was good, nothing special. Aside from delicious food the staff was excellent. Very welcoming and polite. I WILL be back for sure. Thank you:
Really really delicious samosas, they are so so good!! I had the veggie and the beef samosas and they were amazing. They were out of sauce when we came and they couldn't do fries because they were changing the oil in the fryers, so that was a bit disappointing. But still, I highly recommend this authentic spot!
So far so fricken flavour bomb central with the samosas! I usually prefer veggie ones but the beef ones here taste so homemade but in a good way and the fish ones r flavour bomb. 1 more star if they would added potato in the veggie ones! The green dipping sauce Provided is so good. will be back to try other items soon I hope.
Food was great and service was friendly if a bit slow. Its a very casual place but don't let that deter you. My boyfriend said the ribs were unbelievably good & my falafel was excellent. The rice was tasty as well. Loved their hot sauce.
They make the most delicious Somali treats such as Samosa! The waiting time is not bad. They have more than treats people usually think they only have treats but they great meals as well. It is wheel chair accessible and the restaurant is clean. The staff are friendly. I enjoy every time I go there. Oh and they great mango milk shake, yum yum.
Oh ok! So I went there during rush hour and the vehicles were crawling and very hard to find parking spot. I went inside it's not a very clean place to visit just a basic setup and ambiance. No doubt the beef samosas were really good but I found them expensive $1.50 ea. Never buy the Vegetable samosas same price and horrible taste. Didn't like it a bit. The lady at the counter doesn't understand much English and she made me more than what I asked for, which I ended up buying anyway. If you are in for vegetable samosas buy it from Apna Punjab north $0.75 per piece, they are bigger and better stuffing. A good deal for your buck.
