They were able to schedule me for next day service and the person who arrived was very friendly and professional. I ultimately turned down the service as their prices are more expensive than most places I've used in the past. They wouldn't give me a ballpark idea over the phone which I feel is stupid because their prices are flat rate. $198 for a ceiling fan ($268 if you need a box). Usually that ranges around $90 ($150 if you don't have a box) from other companies I've used in the past in another state.
I wanted to like this company but I feel the prices are way too high and unfair.
In my honest opinion, you might want to shop around first before selecting this company.
