The worst Dr. I know. Because: 1. He did sinus polyps surgery for me. After the surgery, my nose bleed more than ten times; 2. I need to tell you that it was not the normal bleeding, it was flood bleeding. I called ambulance three times.... 3. But Dr. Samad did nothing for post surgery even I called him for emergency cases. He just let me go to hospital for stopping bleeding. 4. He even suggested me to check my blood coagulation. He would like to transfer me to blood department even he saw me suffer from bleeding every day. 5. I tried to search other specialist for second option. But it was difficult to find another specialist without reference. Dr. Samad even didn't want to refer me to other Dr. 6. Finally, I found a walk in Dr. who was willing to refer me to see a second specialist for help. 7. Every step I did mentioned above was along with bleeding. I thought I would die then. I hope this review can be seen by Dr. Imran Samad. Stop your career please!! You are not qualified attitude and professionals!!! But the worst thing is that you don't realize how worse you are.
TLDR: Long wait times despite having an appointment, super rushed appointment, and didn't bother to try and explain what might be going on. I wasn't seen until about an hour after my scheduled appointment time. During my appointment, the doctor never once referenced the x-ray that I had faxed over from my dentist that was the basis of my referral. Additionally, they had me fill out a form before my appointment asking about symptoms, but they never asked me about it. They decided to stick a camera down my nose, but the doctor did not wait long enough for the numbing to work, so the procedure was quite painful and I had a major headache hours later. After the procedure, the doctor did not even explain what he saw or what the problem might be - I had to ask him if he saw anything before he provided any sort of elaboration, which was minimal to say the least. Though he and the resident were polite, it did not feel very patient-oriented, and I left with even less information than when I came in.
I had my septoplasty scheduled and a couple of days before the surgery, I decided to read reviews here. I came across a couple of really bad ones exactly for this kind of surgery, which made me think of canceling the procedure but I’m glad I didn’t! Everything went smoothly and after two weeks I can freely breathe, no pain at all! I strongly encourage to follow all the after septoplasty recommendations, this will ensure fast and smooth recovery. Thank you, Dr.Samad from one happy patient!
I was so hesitant to come here after reading the terrible reviews but I had been waiting for almost 2 years for an ENT Due to other doctor’s mistakes. I was there on October 3rd 2022. The doctor introduced himself and apologized for making me wait they were about 1 hour behind. He asked me questions, patiently listened to me, and performed the procedures to check my nostrils. He apologized again for causing me discomfort when checking my nostrils, and he immediately explained to me a few issues I had. He also proceeded to tell me what would be next, and explained everything. He provided me with a copy of a document that also explained what was going on with my issue, so that I could read it at home. I am sorry for those who had a bad experience, but I cannot say the same, he was an excellent professional and I’m so happy I came, now finally someone is taking care of my health issues. Thank you doctor ! Also, the receptionists are really nice, I have had to call a few times and they are all helpful and patient!
*DONT GO HERE* The doctor is terrible I wasted 6 months waiting to have my ears checked only to be treated like garbage, the man literally poked around my ear for a few minutes while being extremely impatient hurting my ears in the process, then proceeded to not Explain anything to me as to why I was having problems with my ears while never showing or explaining my results. To this day 9 months after my visit I still haven't gotten my results.
I read alot of negative reviews before going to the office and was nervous, but there was no need. While the staff are efficient in tone, they are not rude. The doctor took his time to listen to my answers to his questions and double checked through all of the paperwork sent in prior to the appointment. He was friendly, to the point, and answered all of my questions.
I had a great experience with Dr. Samad and his team. Dr. Samad was friendly and courteous, and reassuring on the day of surgery - even the nurse at the hospital told me that they all think he's the nicest doctor.
Receptionist was VERY Impolite Rude and Offensive hang up on me, could not recommend. Also low overall rating from google maps, don’t bother trying. Wait time was way too long, only here because of being referred by a phone clinic.
I haven't been a patient of Dr. Samad, but once, his receptionist, which was the worse job and work experience I've ever had. Despite the fact he was paying us, the receptionists, same wages as fast food workers, he was expecting so much from us. Meanwhile, I was diagnosed with cancer so, I had to take some medical leave no benefits paid by him, for my surgery and then my treatment. When I went crying to give him the bad news, he showed zero compassion or empathy, but worrying about his business, strictly. Next day his manager took me out to lunch then terminated my employment due to my serious illness. It was a horrible feeling, and I considered Dr. Samad very selfish, inconsiderate and the most insensitive doctor and human being.
I wanted to give this doctor the benefit of a doubt after reading so many bad reviews about him. I am not the type to judge someone based on reviews but as soon as this doctor walked in the room, he didn't even say hi or hello and just waited for me to tell him the reason I came in for. He was very abrupt and condescending and I didn't feel comfortable expressing my concerns. Overall, his bedside manner needs a lot of work and he needs to be more friendly and approachable to his patients.
