These clowns sent me a damaged pair of 3’s and after trying to inquire on their website and email for a return, I opened a case with PayPal. In the PayPal dispute they try to flex “we have been an authorized Nike and Jordan seller for 80 years”. If you’ve been selling Nike and Jordan for 80 years, you should check your shipments before sending out a damaged pair of B grades. Saying you take pride in your customer service is a joke, you don’t even respond. Jumping to conclusions and saying I’m trying to scam you is ridiculous and doesn’t really reflect your 80 years of service. It reminds me more of dealing with a child trying to sell sneakers. I have no interest in keeping these damaged B grades and I’d like to return them as stated in my case.
Recently placed an order first time buying thru this store for lebron 20. I’ve bought two sizes because I wasn’t sure what size I am then after 2 hours I checked the email confirmation that I can only order 1 pair for “Release Pairs” so I tried sending an email and message thru instagram, 5 days later they responded, they told me to call the store. My brother bought me a pair thru Nike’s website knowing that my order thru samtabak would be cancelled since it was “multiple release pairs” They’re tryna charge me restocking fee if I cancel both pairs when It’s clearly stated in the email that it’s gonna be canceled. So I had no choice keeping 1 pair so they don’t charge me restocking fee for the 2nd pair.
I had the opportunity to work with them for approximately 1 week, 1 year ago. It was an Amazing experience during the process. I had the opportunity to run their TikTok page. However I was confused when there was no contract or anything signed. Anyways I trusted them and didn’t hesitate and still showed up too work. Over a year goes by now and still haven’t been paid my week I worked with them! However I don’t want to put blame on them, was probably just some miss communication but still shocking they haven’t reached out.

Best store in town size 14 jordans in mthell is a paradise !!
I understand the other store is under renovations. But when you talk to the owner directly. He tells he will accommodate you, Just show them what you like..and they will run tight over and get it. you go to staff and ask them if they have anything. What you seen on line the owner suggested for you to do. And the first thing the says. Everything is over here. Like do you all communicate. Thus can annoy a customer to walk out!! Aint got no time for lazy customer service!
You call to ask if they have something. They tell you yes. You show up there they don't have it. Unreliable. Do not recommend. Wasted 2 hours for this. Edit: You did. But do I need to remind you when I first came that your seller first lied and told me I asked for the wrong shoe, he misunderstood me and that's what he put aside? Then when I asked what he did put aside couldn't answer me ? Also do I need to say to say you offered some discount after I stayed in the store for 25 mn trying to find what I was looking for somewhere else? Apparently I do. Not changing my review. Happy holidays.

Nice selection fire shoes and drip I'd check it out they have 2 stores right across the street from each other one for adults and one for kids also they do events
