Hey - this guy is great! He told me he's second generation, and it shows. Mark at Sam's Plumbing demonstrated what it means to run a true service. My sump pump had died and the basement was slowly filling up. When I called him on the phone, he asked if I'd kicked the pump. I said, "no," and he said, "try it. I'll hold." Well, the pump turned on and drained the basement. He said he would stop in as soon as he could, but I should just check occasionally and give the pump a kick if it stops working. When he arrived, he looked at the model and asked if I wanted something just as good or cheaper. I asked for quality (the existing one had lasted 30 years). He said, "keep kicking, it'll take a day or two to order." I did as instructed, he returned two days later, installed the new pump in under an hour and charged me a minimal price. I couldn't have asked for more complete or better service than they gave me.
