Such a cute little place with great food. Stopped by on our way back to Calgary. They even have halal meat. While the food is amazing, the restaurant is really small. They really need to invest in air conditioning. That was the only issue. But if you can tolerate the heat, do go for the food!
The food at Sam's kitchen is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the owner Sam is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
Honestly weren’t expecting much when we got here but wow the food is awesome. If this restaurant was in Calgary it would probably be the most popular Indian place in the city - seriously that good. The food here is exceptional and worth visiting every time we’re nearby. Try the mix platter and the naan.
A very sweet home small town vibe restaurant. The food portion was huge, don't be deceived by the bows lol. The prices were comparable to what we were used to in Calgary. The person serving was really nice and attentive. The food tasted AMAZING!!!!
I love cooking and I own a Indian restaurant too, I wanted to try sam’s kitchen, and today i got to try his food it’s fabulous delicious lot portion’s can’t eat it all. I ordered goat biriyani I loved it, overall I loved his kid’s! it’s family owned restaurant clean atmosphere . I humbly request you all to try at least once you gonna darn love it
Sam's Kitchen is a fabulous restaurant. Food was just Wow. Ambiance is something that is very attractive. It's one of the best restaurant that I have visited till date!
This is the best Indian food I've had in Alberta Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary. What I'm looking forward to most about returning to Drum is to go back to Sam's. It is worth the drive.
Amazing food! The quality of the lamb and chicken we had was outstanding. Highly recommended, this restaurant is a gem.
We are so grateful that Sam's Kitchen is in Drumheller so we can get our Indian fix regularly! We've tried most of the vegetarian dishes, and bought a couple of meat curries for our in-laws. Everything has been phenomenal! I was so thankful to the staff for accommodating a special request for Malai Kofta, it was exactly what I had hoped for! We order from Sam's Kitchen at least once a month and hope to continue doing so for a long time! For any visitors to the valley, don't be put off by the exterior of the hotel that the restaurant is situated in, it's a friendly spot, and the dine-in section is really cute!
Sam's kitchen is our go to take out for Indian cuisine. Its always amazing. Their buyer chicken is hands down the best I've ever had, so smooth and buttery. I highly recommend the goat curry as well. In fact, everything is good. The service is always very friendly and our orders have never had any issues. Highly recommend.
