Sam's Club

It's an decent store, it is close to my house. I would go to Costco EVERY SINGLE TIME over this store if it weren't for the location. Frequently, the meat counters, vegetables, deli items are not stocked. There hasn't been a rotisserie chicken the last 4 times that I have been. And I went specifically for that, right after work on a weeknight at about 5:15. Costco wouldn't do that, EVER. You can definitely feel the fact that it is run by Wal-Mart. It is very apparent.

The hearing center has a great sounding hearing aid. The test was free. I couldn't believe how good that I was hearing.

Love it. If time is short, it's great to scan and go. No waiting at the checkstands. A definite 5 star idea. Makes returns much easier as well, you always have the receipt on your phone. 👍

Completely understaffed i have worked here in the meat department for a month and a half and they really need more employees. I work very hard ask anyone there about me. But the main problem with this store is staffing but it is kid od like that everywhere in billings mt its like people dont want to work or employers want to keep low lavor IDK just my take come see me people i will take care of you if no obe else will, or at least do my absolute best to fulfil your needs.

Super clean and always friendly. Sometimes checkout can take a little bit, but the employees are usually extremely friendly.
