Great store, clean and tidy with a huge variety of items. Sadly their prices keep going up and it does turn you away when you know they used to be very reasonable. Otherwise super customer service and very nice staff. Almost always find something you're looking for.
Almost ANYTHING can be found at this Sally store! Great selection of clothes, housewares, collectables, and surprises await you everyday. Also a good place to donate your unneeded goods. Check donation times and space availability before going.
I love going to thrift stores and I've been to several in southern Ontario. This one is my favorite.nnEveryone there is extremely nice, including the customers. For a very busy store this is unusual. I've been I with my double stroller and I've been treated so well that I didn't even feel guilty bringing my stroller in this small compact store.nnWhat makes it even better are the amazingly low prices. I bought a brand new snow suit for my son with tags still on for $4. This is unusual.nnThey do not carry the latest fashion trends from what I've noticed, in case that's what you're looking for.nnPlease bring plastic grocery bags for them when you come in if you would like to contribute.
Very poor customer service today. We were spoken to rudely after asking to leave an item at the front desk because we did not see one of the many small posters which stated that they refuse to hold items. A man came in and spoke to the manager about scrap metal removal because some of their locations offer the service and hold piles of useless pieces which he was willing to take. She flat-out refused to take his business card and spoke to him with poor manners. After he left, the ladies at the front counter mocked and laughed at him. Ridiculous for staff to mock customers and behave so badly at work.
Always great selection, great stafff, prices have increased slightly but great when they have their specials on
