Salvaggio Dentistry

Literally, the WORST dental clinic ever. UPDATE: I do not have 12 cavities like they told me I do, I only had 3! I would have paid an extra $1000 for cavities that are NOT there!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also do not have gum disease and do not require specialized cleanings that cost an arm and a leg - I was beyond elated to go to a much better clinic and have been treated well from the get go. GO. ELSEWHERE. I have never been treated with such disrespect. The funny thing is on my first visit there were so many red lights - the staff were unorganized, rude, and unprofessional. If you do consider using this clinic, I hope that you don't end up with the same situation I have. After responding to their automatic reminder via email, I requested an appointment change - they then notified me that it was not a method to notify the clinic to change the appointment, wait - what? Seriously, then what is the purpose? Oh wait, there is none. I would also like to add I submitted a complaint regarding a $150 cancellation fee I should not have been charged, and it took well over a WEEK to have someone respond to this issue. In that email I firmly stated why I would never come back (reasons listed above) and that there service was terrible. I had to send a total of 3 emails before I received a response - an unsigned one at that, no one wanted to OWN UP to responding to me. Further more, I had requested for my X-Rays to be released to me and I had to ask 2 times for them - because yet again the clinic was unwilling to assist someone. I had to speak to a lawyer to see if I could obtain these documents as I have paid for them - and they notified me to firmly state I needed them. In this office's defense, once I asked the SECOND time for my X-Rays they were promptly sent - with no text explaining why it took so long. This clinic will leave you in the dark, will not professionally handle a complaint, screw you around, harass you via phone calls and will not put themselves in a customers view. I am HAPPILY taking my business elsewhere :) Have an amazing day everyone!

My 6 kids always enjoy their visit to Salvaggio and they are very accommodating to my large family. Gillian books my appointments a year in advance so I'm just making one trip every 3 months instead of all kids having visits at different times... very time consuming for her but what a relief for me! And Milena made my 2 year olds first visit such a memory!! She was wonderful with her and my baby loved every minute of it. My kids look forward to their dental visits!

About a year ago I was walking past and thought I would pop in to ask some questions, as I have had a few frightening experiences with a previous dentist. When I mentioned that to the ladies at the front, they immediately offered to take me on a tour and show the difference. I became a patient and have moved my whole family to Salvaggio! From walking in the front door and being greeted with your first name, to checking out after your appointment Salvaggio Dentistry makes you feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend Salvaggio Dentistry!

I was looking for a dentist in the area and was very happy to come across Salvaggio Dentistry. I had my first appointment during the week and was very impressed with the whole experience. The facility is clean and organized, and the staff were all friendly and easy to talk to. I visited with Dr Yang and hygienist Milena who were both very good. I will definitely be returning.

This office is by far the best dental office I've ever dealt with. They are truly the best people I ever met very respectful always making sure your okay they make sure you are comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Salvaggio Dentistry you will not be disappointed!! Dr Salvaggio is a very kind hearted guy, he makes sure your okay an not in pain very thorough an takes his time to do the job properly and definitely a very funny happy person over all an every visit I've had always makes me laugh. The whole team there makes you feel so welcome it's like a family. I will never go to another dental office this is my home now.
