"Salsitas has been owned and operated by the same family for over 28 years. The owners are strong supporters of our Law Enforcement community and US soldier as their children are either in law enforcement or served in the military. The food is made to order. It is not sitting around in steam table. So at busy hours it will take some time to get your food. Their meats are hand cut and seasoned here at the business. Tortillas are hand made. Quesadillas take about 15 minutes to make because they are deep fried. Please leave reviews and I will try to answer them."

One of the best places in Yakima to get your Menudo on a weekend morning. You can take your pot, fill it up, and purchase by the serving. They're handmade tortillas are also delicious.
Don pati diddled me in the back I mean I’m not complaining excellent customer service knows how to make his guest feel at home he gave me this funny sour cream with my menudo called “the chefs specialty” he said extra seasoning but it was spicy I’ll be coming back for more of the chefs specialty I double dip
3 stars because just like Google says; "It's ok". Didn't taste magical like some of the other mexican places in Yakima and the cheese quesadilla was incredibly small. The one dish that was really tasty was the pollo sopa chicken soup, although pricey, it was very flavorful. I'd go back again if I had a cold and wanted some soup, but I'll find my fix for tacos and burritos somewhere else.
delicious tacos and soup! you know a place is authentic if you can't find English on the special menu, love their beef soup, beef tongue, pork skin, intestines, and of course horchata!
I came here when I was a lot younger, and the food experience blew my tiny mind. For years the spicy salsa lit my tongue on fire from the memory. Sadly, the name and the location of salsita was lost. Until today! After 8 years, I’m excited to day the food lived up to the hype I have given it. restaurant is a must visit.

We have been coming here for a couple years every time we are in Yakima. We have enjoyed the pollo tacos, carne asada tacos, asada burrito, pozole and their horchata is bomb too. Oh and their tortillas are so soft and delicious. Definitely stop by Salsitas if you are in Yakima!
This place is the best! Everyone is always welcoming when you come in and the food is good quality. You’ll never be disappointed with their breakfast burrito that have chorizo, egg, rice, and beans! Pair it with the green salsa and you’re life is complete :!
Best mexican I have had in a long time! The flavors are so delicious I will most definitely be back. Truly authentic
