Monika (the owner) has many years of experience and she is excellent in her trade. I had my eyebrows threaded and shaped and they looked perfect. . Monika is very skilled and she makes one feel comfortable. Her customer service is outstanding, and she is sweet and kind, and trying to give the best service. I also had a facial massage done with a special cream, and it was very relaxing and made my skin glow. Now, I will always come back to Monika, as she is doing an excellent job. She also does all kind of leg and full body waxing, and I'll try this next. With Monikas experience, and excellent clean work, one is never disappointed.

I don’t know if I’m stuck up or what but the place was kind of sketchy. It was super cheap, so that aspect was appealing but you get what you pay for. I got a Brazilian and my pits done. The lady forgot some hairs.. sadly, so I’m going to have to shave. I also feel like I was sensitive to the wax they used and it made me a little red. Maybe I’m just forgetting what my previous experience was like somewhere else. Not sure. They were also stingy on the wax, this made it hurt when I the lady was applying it/spreading the wax. After my appointment I also realized I still had some wax left on my body. So I mean not extremely horrible, you just get what you pay for. And I think I would rather pay more. If you’re strapped for cash, why not. But otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

Monika is the best there is. Bottom line. She is gentle, kind and her services are hygenic.

The best Salon in Brossard! The best customer service that I had experienced in the Montreal region! Monika is sweet and kind, she always tries to arrange time to all clients! I'm so glad that I find her! I don't change her service for any salon! I don't understand the comment below (from Sara). I think she is talking about someone else, the person that she describes is not Monika, definitely! I recommend this salon to anyone who wants to have a great service with the best professional!

Excellent service and unparalleled skill. Multiple services offered. Quick and clean threading, relaxing and rejuvenating facial, and all types of body waxing done professionally. Given her excellent work, she is sought out so preferable to book ahead for an appointment. Very accommodating attitude, sometimes outside of her opening hours.
