The Vietnamese woman who works there decided to do the brushing on my dry natural which caused breakage afterwards even if I told her it would be better to wash it or wet it first. She seemed like she was rushing to finish it. Very rough and my hair ended up puffy and dry and reverted back 20 minutes later. l was disappointed .
