The Doctors staff continually have not sent in referrals to specialist as asked by the Doctor herself. Now after calling in for RX refills two days ago, I was told by a staff member it would be done the next day unless they called me back. No call from them, and the pharmacy only got one refill called in. Missing an important medication, and not happy.
