The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Too, they're more than willing to answer any questions that you may have. Not to mention, though we are living in tough times, they are still very happy employees. I was and still very impressed with my purchases.
Terrible staff. Young girls about my age just trash talking previous customers & never offered to assist when I was very obviously confused. Hire new staff
The product selection is awesome but the girl that helped me was not knowledgeable and didnt help. She told me the toner she suggested would not turn my hair grey and it absolutely did. I would just not ask for assistance there because they dont know what they're talking about I'm pretty disappointed with my hair now.
I’ve been trying to contact this store for almost a day now to do curbside pickup but no one’s been answering the phone and I can’t seem to find any other info. Trying this way as I have always had an excellent experience there! Just can’t seem to get ahold of anyone
