From the time you enter this particular store; in comparison to others nearby; it ranks 100% in all aspects Beauty, Knowledge, and Safety. The Manager, I can never say enough about her services she provides. Very uplifting, She extrudes a compassionate heart. Exceptional customer service from this location. Rachel provided an outstanding experience when I was on the fence about which direction to go with a dye change. Her supervisor my apologies, I didn't get her name was also quick to assist and provide great advice and guidance. I feel they went above and beyond and it was one of the most lovely shopping experiences I've had. As a hair addict, they are now my dedicated dealers. Thanks!
The three girls that were helping me at the store today were absolutley amazing May 22nd/22...I needed to match my shades and came out better then i expected... Had an additional question when i got home..so i called..i was remembered and full instructions... Very well educated girls... Thanks girls and sallys products
They are very professional at Sally's they know a lot about hair products and are very helpful, you tell them what you want to do and they show you exactly what you need to do it! They have amazing sales. Professional quality products, all of my favourite hair care products I got at Sally's and I love them! And they always have and know what you need! Would recommend Sally's beauty supply store to anyone who wants professional hair care products and an amazing shopping experience!
Young blonde girl ruined my hair!!!! She claimed to be a professional!! Now some of my hair is yellow and some is blonde and some is a weird blue colour! I don’t want to bash the entire store because some of the other girls are friendly and nice but they all pointed me towards this girl because she was a “professional”. Don‘t claim to be a professional then recommend products that screws up a persons hair..

visited this sally location this week, fantastic the sales associates were amazing so friendly and were eager to help, explained the product to Me and my mom, Karen and Marissa really know there products and were bouncing ideas off each other to help us, we did not feel rushed and they took their time explaining every detail and writing down the steps for us, even asked us to come back and show them the results Which we will, the store was so clean and organized and easily accessible to get to the products and it smelled so clean and fresh
I was there the other night and I received fantastically friendly and knowledgeable service from lovey Miranda as I recall. I’ve never there few times before and it’s always been a very pleasant and educating experience. Hands down the best location in the entire GTA! TY girls!
Worth the drive, at least the staff here has product knowledge. Wished closer locations had the same customer service and knowledge as this one.
