There are better products out there. Very cheap and average products. Bought a shower stall from them about a year ago and the glass shattered for no reason. Thought I was getting a decent deal when using their product in a guest bathroom but it is not worth the risk. Be warned that their glass panels can break at anytime. Here are some pictures. Thank god there was no one in the bathroom when this happened, could have resulted in severe injuries.
2020:I recently started my bathroom reno and was looking for modern floating vanities and came across Decoraport. I hesitated and call their CS # to inquire about ordering, delivery, return/damage/exchange policy since I never heard of them and I live in Calgary. Overall, there customer service is over the top and I would recommend. I am so excited about how great it looks. It looks way better in person than on this pic that I'm posting. I cannot wait until my floorings, tiles and shower is completed. This is why I have rated them 5 stars: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Both agents I spoke to answered my questions and explained their service very well. One item I bought was damaged, I am wowed by their prompt service with the quick response time and the extra packaging they've asked their warehouse to wrap the replacement. Speedy freight service too. PRODUCT: Very modern and sleek! Floating cabinet has a bright LED light & soft closed door which I really love to show off along with the modern toilet. My friends & family has been asking where I got this. UPDATE: MAR 2022: It's been 2 yrs since we have been using these items I've purchased. Still in great functioning condition. I've received so many compliments. Just bought another toilet same model and finally finished the washroom that I partially done. I had requested for them to ship ASAP, they did. got my shipment in 4 bus days which is quick. Finally finished my washroom. Super happy overall with all items from Decoraport & their service.
Real dumpy looking warehouse, not very attractive location, disorder, tools are lying around all over the place. Our order was ready, they kindly lifted it in the car, haven't unpacked it yet however excellent packaging. Not used to buying medicine cabinet online

Minus-5 star!!! Poor quality! It seems that I’ve set fire to my money. Don’t get deceived by low price. I bought a faucet that’s leaking due to broken O-ring. Pic1 I also bought a shower door that doesn’t lock due to poor quality of magnet. Pic2
Bought a bathtub over there, I spend almost 1 hour to choose because they have so many choices lol. Price is good, look for the special sell which they called week sale? I guess. Main reason for 5 star--- free delivery in Laval!
We have bought numerous items from Decoraport and couldn’t be more pleased with their products and more so with their customer service. We had an issue with one of their products and Decoraport made sure to replace the items promptly. Other retailers should emulate their customer service. Would absolutely purchase again from them.
Renovating our bathroom and found this company online. We searched through their site and found a 36x24 mirror cabinet which we ordered. The ordering process was quite easy and the mirror arrived three days after the order date. Unfortunately, there was some defect with the product as the built in LED light around the mirror was not working. After taking a couple of days with customer service who were excellent with the response times, they determined the unit was faulty and offered a full refund. We asked for a replacement unit instead, but the model was no longer available. We were so impressed with the original mirror cabinet and their service level, we upgraded to a much more beautiful, functional and a bit more expensive model they even gave us a better t of a better deal on the upgraded mirror. Overall, we are very pleased with our Decoraport experience and won't hesitate to recommend them to our friends.
Bought 2 Led mirror and 1 massage bathtub, the mirrors are super! And the tub comes around 1 month after the order date, it’s very limited quantity right now for the tub, you will be lucky if you get one. Very satisfied experience!
I don't think we've ever had such bad costumer service. We first visited the show room in July. First, one of the items sold to us at the show room was missing parts. When we went back, the manager wouldn't even come talk to us and ended up giving us some parts that did not even fit with our item we ended up having to pay extra to buy what was missing because obviously reaching back to them would be of no use. Then, when we wanted to cancel our order, we spoke to one of their representatives that assured us that our order was not yet shipped and that a reimbursement would be done in the next 3 days. That didn't happen and the items were actually shipped to our house. When we called the show room they asked us to return the shipment at the show room and that they would take care of reimbursing us. We did, that was on August 6th. Still not reimbursed. I've spoken to their representatives 3 times since, each assuring me that they would take care or it and that I would receive a call yesterday. That didn't happen. I keep being told that the person in charge of reimbursing isn't doing his job properly and that the employer is currently on vacation so they have no way of giving us our money back ... which is highly unprofessional. I tried calling a couple of times today, no answer. Will be reaching out to Consumer Protection.
