The worst costumer service ever. When are you going to this location, the tellers are acting so unprofessional and disrespectful. Also every time when I call them they pick up the phone and they hang up with out saying anything. So rude.
I am not sure who these people are with negative comments; however, I have been dealing with Salamat exchange since 2001 with fantastic track record . Their service is fast , great rate, and staff are always friendly and professional. I am especially very grateful for my recent experience with them.
The rate change is lower than other exchanges beside the customer service is poor. I ask for some change to CAD but they gave me the lowest rate, nearly same as the bank.
It was my first experience with Salamat Exchange. I shopped around to get the best rates. They offered me the best rate. Normally it takes 2 to 3 business days to received your money but with Salamat Exchange it took me less than one day! I’m very happy with their service and definitely recommend! Thanks
In general their service is relatively better than others. Their exchange rates are a bit high but they have always been on time with the transactions. Their transaction fee has been increased from 10 CAD to 20 CAD recently for transactions below 1000 CAD which is a bit high in my personal opinion.
Can’t recommend this place...
The lowest quality exchange in North Van, I was helped by Nasim, she is so unprofessional and was terribly rude
