Had a punctured tyre last night that the AA temporarily fixed and was told to get it replaced ASAP. Despite Christmas Eve reduced hours, Freeway happily allowed me to come over in the morning to have it replaced, and flagged up another wearing tyre that would need replacing fairly soon. The second I arrived, I received a very warm welcome, and it was clear instantly that they work fantastically as a team, bouncing off each other, and truly made me feel very welcome and looked after. I have been a customer of Freeway for nearly 20yrs. Today I suffered a puncture after hitting a pot-hole. My car doesn't carry a spare or space-saver. Within 90mins of calling Freeway, a technician had come out to my house and had fitted a new tire. The technician arrived actually within 20mins of my call and I live 12miles from Freeway's tire centre. I have remained a loyal customer over the years because of this level of fantastic service. Plus, I find that their prices are as competitive as anything online and they have a great supply chain, if I need a more specialist tire. Jeremy Robson

Fantastic garage. I went in with what I thought was a flat tyre. However it turned out to be a valve problem that they fixed within five minutes and didn’t accept payment! Such nice service. Really rate

I’d like to highly recommend the friendly professional team at Freeway. I’ve recently needed two new tyres, and had concerns with my brakes and they were happy to help and advise. Been using them for a few years now, and very impressed.

Called Freeways as I had a couple of issues with my car, end result car all fixed, great service from start to finish, from the receptionist to the mechanic who fixed the problems. I would not hesitate to go back and would definitely recommend them for any issues you have with your car. Its good to find a good garage you know you can trust.

I was worried about a tyre having hit a curb and drove in to Freeway late in the afternoon and I could not have had a warmer welcome.  I am used to great service here as we've been using them for years.  But, I sat in the waiting area, hearing their respectful, happy and genuinely helpful attitude oozing out all over the place to everyone they dealt with.. even at the end of the day. I was bracing myself for a new tyre, but they happily said it didn't need changing and to pop straight back if I needed to.  No charge.  I don't ever write reviews on google.  That's how good these people are!!

Our tyre warning light went off as we had started our holiday down to Cornwall. I phoned and they said they could see us straight away. Within 30 minutes our car had been lifted and all tyres had been checked. It turned out nothing to worry about at all apart from me not having topped them up in a while. Very kind to not charge a thing at all and we got back to our holiday

Came out this morning to a flat tyre. Called freeway and was able to get me in straight away. Quoted me a price for a tyre but when I got there he said he had just had a delivery and could do it 15quid cheaper. Lovely staff and so efficient. Would 100% recommend and will definitely not go anywhere else now.

Pushy and scare-mongering with women in particular saying all tyres are ‘dangerously worn down and needed urgent replacement’ when in fact when I took the car to a local garage for a second opinion they were absolutely fine and only one was near its end. Having checked with neighbours it seems other females have also experienced this. How is this still happening in today’s day and age?!

I have been using Freeway since I arrived in Tunbridge Wells 32 years ago. They are always so kind and courteous and speedy to help. I would highly recommend.
