Not a bad park and ride! If you’re visiting Quebec from out of town, and are staying in the mountains or ski resorts, this is a great way to visit Montréal without the headaches of driving all the way in.nnTrain takes about an hour and 15 minutes to get onto the island, so buy an OPUS card and get yourself a 6 trip pass zone 7! and a weekly STM pass and you’re all set to explore the city of Montreal for 3+ days.nnBe careful not to get off at Gare de la concord since the STM weekly doesn’t work there. Also parking can be tight so I recommend getting there at least 20 min ahead of the train to snag a spot.
Spacious terminal for buses and trains. Has vending machine and person available at counter on late hours. Generally no waiting needed.
Very good staff. Not speaking French was difficult in Montreal. I wanted to get to St Hippolyte from St Jerome. The staff at the station were very helpful and arranged for a taxi as well. Thanks to the lady staff in booth and security in the station.
I like it there, very charming
Most of the time, service is as expected. But when something happens, don't expect any kind of measure to be put in place to minimize impact on customers. We're talking canceled trips and having to wait for another hour.nnEdit: Now 1 star because it seems they can't handle cold temperatures... Always have a plan B people.
