St. Edmund's is a Roman Catholic parish community serving Beaconsfield, parts of Kirkland and Pointe-Claire located in Montreal's West Island.

Story

The parish is committed to nurturing a believing community that empowers its members to share their gospel values with one another and with members of the broader social community. All are welcome to come and worship in our diverse community made up of people from around the world. A variety of catechetical, social and worship activities are available for all ages.

Living the Gospel daily through compassionate outreach, as a community deeply rooted in the love of God and neighbour.

A very nice church located close to the river and near a strip mall with many amenities and food.nnThis church needs to be more involved in the community, and I feel like the support for the church is low compared to most other churches I have been and seen which needs to be improved.nnI hope that this church will have more parishioners in the future and everything will be up to date for them in regards of technology.nnI feel like that everyone here is not active in the church. Mostly all of them are retirees. Parents need to step up and people need to promote it.nnThe church is beautiful inside and out. It’s not far from the highway so location is perfect.nnThe Location is nice as well and the church is nicely and beautifully designed as well.nnA would recommend to all church goers. Catholic or non and I recommend you visit yourselfnnHope to see changes and improvements in the future. For all Catholics far and wide.nnGod Bless the parishioners and God Bless the people who maintain this church and I hope they keep and the people keep it going for centuries to come and may they never demolish this church.
