Went to Sail in Laval for the last 2 years on numerous occasions to buy Bear Paw Line connectors and they are always out of stock. I also wrote to the buyer and never got a response on why I can't find the product. When I ask the employees n the Sail store, they tell me the people in the office ordering products don't listen.nNice culture.nnSo I decided to order them from Bass Pro Shops. I received them in 2 days st my house and cheaper than in our local stores when we can find them. All we hear is buy local but Sail never has what we are looking for. Sail actually made me a Pro Bass customer for life and I never have to leave my house. Shame on you Sail.
Went there to buy a life vest for my daughter for her upcoming sailing lessons. The guy that helped us was very good & explained everything to us. Fast service, you will find everything there !!! Very pleased. Will come back for sure !! Thank you !
Tons of great outdoor gear here including sports and camping stuff you won't find anywhere else. Some things are very overpriced so it's worth waiting for sales and clearances. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice inventory, lots of staff to direct what you're looking for. Best to do your research on items as much as staff likes to help you out, many are not specialized in each category.
We have been in this store twice. Both visits are great. The store is clean. A lot of inventory and well organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We grabbed at the register one pack of energy drink. After we paid, we noticed the product is expired. We have been reimbursed and they removed all those packs from the shell. Nice place to shop for sport and travel items.
