I went in this store twice this week and even exploring can satisfy you. First time I was looking for a tent wich a great person that unfortunately I don't know his name, helped me finding the best option for my needs. And second time I went there to get backpack for hiking and I've met this amazing guy Eric wich was a great help. After a month looking for a suitable backpack in stores and online he helped me find the perfect one.nEventually I found my perfect spot for shopping camping gears.
Huge deals, savings on some bigger ticket items. I came in expecting to pay X and walked out paying 100’s less. The staff are well trained, experienced and most of all super friendly. I would deff come back, they have a GREAT selection of good with the best brands.
Top notch store for literally anything outdoors. Hiking? Camping? Fishing? Mountaineering? Hunting? They've got it all. I come here first when I want something high quality and huge options
We've come to rely on knowledgeable, friendly staff, and quality products. A special thanks to Katelyn in the Cambridge SAIL store. She helped us to work through the huge number of hiking boots and make a great choice. Then when the preferred boot/size was not in stock, she helped us to place the order with the store’s online service. Her efforts made the purchase seamless. A big thank you from a very satisfied customer.
Great store and fantastic staff!! I was getting new fishing rod and reel and John was sales person helping me, he took time to explain different options and match best spinning set up for my far north fishing trip, I appreciate expertise and personal effort and would highly recommend the store based on my experience! I’ll definitely be back
