We tried to get an immunization for my daughter and were told very pleasantly by the pharmacist that her only assistant was at lunch and it would be 30 minutes before a shot could be given. I had called to confirm the immunization was available but neglected to to inquire about possible wait times. That was my mistake but I will not make it at this store again. My usual pharmacy is well-staffed and ready for walk-ins. It didn't help that when I went back in minutes later to ask for a customer satisfaction form her assistant was back at the desk but was unable to offer a feedback form. This was true of the store customer service desk as well. I think they can do better overall.
