Fast, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable staff working here. The Integrity of the staff here are what all doctors and nurses should look up to and I'd even trust them to give advice further into my Healthcare considering their training and expertise. Pharmacy staff are a True "Front Line Essential Service" and should be treated, paid and respected as such.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Safeway pharmacy. They are always professional, pleasant and go out of their way to be helpful. They take the time out of their busy schedules to help and will do research if they don’t have immediate answers. They are amazing. They get 10/10 in my book.
They are the best!!
Usually they are pretty good, however today was not good at all. I was in trying to get my daughters prescription filled. I told them I would wait as they said it would only be 30 minutes. I shopped and still no word from them. I took my kids out to the car for another few minutes and still no word I usually get a text as to when it is ready for pick up. Finally I go back in and wait in the lineup for another 10-15 minutes only for them to hand me back my prescription with a note attached stating they don’t have it and to go elsewhere. They have my phone number on file. I have an injury right now and should not have been on my feet for as long as I was waiting for a prescription that they didn’t even have. I waited for over an hour. I am ready to pull everything out and go elsewhere with how they treated me today with the I don’t care attitude.
