Great selection of products including all you could think of in organic varieties. They also sell flowers and plants and there is a nice bakery and a Starbucks and also a great pharmacy inside. Well positioned next to the Bellevue mall you can find anything here. They have an amazing selection of wines from all over the world too!

It's Safeway. Only went because I was in a hurry which should be the reason I don't go in. Better then the miss managed Overlake store for sure. Nice cashier. Why do I pick the slowest lines with the register that needs a new paper roll. Oh wait. It's Safeway.

A nice Safeway. I like the old 1960s styles better, but it's a great store.   This one is a little more upscale, with a large wine section. The pharmacy has excellent service.

Worst Safeway ever I go in and get a burrito and pay for it at the register and than go back to the bakery to be a big kid at heart and ask for a free cookie. The baker smiles and hands me a cookie and on my way Out the store director Mike grabs my wrist and tells me I need to pay for my things even though I have a receipt. He than says I need to pay for the cookie I was eating as well grabs my burrito and throws it on the floor under the cart and knocks the cookie out my hand cause he didn’t like me cursing at him cause of the way he was treating me. Than he starts to ramble on about me getting my homeless ass out his store. First off I paid for my food, second I’m not homeless I was wearing a motorcycle jacket and hoodie underneath and a osprey backpack, third of all this Safeway was being discriminating towards anyone not looking like a Bellevue stuck up just cause the store had homeless sitting in it’s chairs cause it was snowing outside. Worst Safeway ever if you ask me Rude service, discriminating employees, and Food that usually gives you food poising.

This is a decent grocery store. Strong 3 stars, weak 4. The bakery is fairly good (bread reasonably fresh), the produce is surprisingly good, they have a respectable alcohol selection, and up until recently checkout was pretty quick. 

That has gotten significantly worse over time, like many grocery stores in the area. The checkers they do have tend to go at a leisurely pace and they seem to enjoy chatting with customers about random subjects - which i imagine is pleasant - unless you're in line behind the pair catching up on current affairs and family developments.

 The meat I've gotten at the butcher/deli has generally been poor and went bad quickly. I go to a different store if i need to get a steak or something; the worst thing about the store. 

Compared to other stores it's not bad, just not great. To summarize with a sentence:, "meat bad, vegetables good, agonizing check out process."
