Amazing Yemeni food and great restaurant. Both the chicken and lamb were literally falling off the bone, and the chicken especially was seasoned perfectly. The rice was cooked nicely and complemented the meat dishes well. The cheese Kunafa had a great contrast of crunchiness in the outer layer and softness in the cheese inner filling. The contrast of saltiness and sweetness also added a welcomed depth to this dessert. The quantity and quality of the food here was excellent and well worth the price.

Everything was perfect! The lamb was so tender you can eat it with a spoon, and so flavorful! We got the Aden platter for two and they allowed us to replace the chicken with more lamb; it’s great that they can be so flexible with their menu. The kunafa was perfectly sweet, with melty cheese and a crispy outside. The servers were so sweet and polite. My toddler dropped spoons on the floor and they immediately brought us more spoons before we could even ask for them. The food came very quickly too. The entire restaurant was very clean and very nice, simple decor. And it’s quite affordable too!

Ordered the chicken and lamb family meal for 2 people. The chicken and lamb were fall off the bone and flavourful / delicious. Generous portion of rice, well-cooked and seasoned. Nice addition of hot sauce to give it a nice kick. The salad was on the smaller side and lacking on seasoning, definitely not a quantity for 2 people as you can see in the picture and the reason why I removed 1 star. The included dessert cream version and lime juice were on point! Service was good, clean restaurant, and would go again. I would recommend to just order lamb as that's definitely the highlight! Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is at street level, no stairs. However, no automatic door button.

I would love to go back again and again to this restaurant for their food, soothing dine in arrangement and the service. I loved how they welcomed us, and made us feel comfortable. It was a busy weekend dinner time. Still the servers checked on us time to time if we needed anything. We ordered Yemeni Kabab and Lamb Haneeth. Both were delicious. The photos say it all, for the taste you have visit Saba.

Absolutely perfect with all angles. Food, amazing services, and OMG Sam who was our host did an amazing greeting, explaining and serving us with a fantastic plesure, we could see his smile even with mask. Food was super tasty and big portion and definitely worth for what u pay. enjoyed and will 100% recommend and will try again for sure

Saba Foods is a Yemeni restaurant working from 2017 in Vancouver. The food is absolutely prepared different and tastes something else. The staff is highly warm and treat you as a real guest. Recommendations: * Try Shahi Haleeb tea especially in winter. ** If you are 2 or more, go for its family combos. *** In general, there are 2 types of marinate as Mandi & Haneeth & both are good. For Lamb, choose the shoulder. **** Don’t ever miss YEMENI CREAM KUNAFA as dessert. Enjoy!

Just moved to Vancouver and started trying new places but this place is absolutely the best. Meat was sooooo tinder and moist. And don’t get me started on the konafa. Service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean. I would recommend it 100%

Really loved the Roasted Chicken Haneeth, the assorted Baklava and the lime juice. The chicken was delicious, juicy and falling off the bones as some of the other reviews have mentioned. The portion size is adequate and quite satisfying.
