I had an appointment at 16:15, I arrived on time. I understand that I had to wait avfew minutes, but then, I see people without appointments called before me, I mean. What's the point in encouraging people to book appointments when the are not given priority over those without. I will never make an appointment again
Although the line-up had over 12 people in it; the staff was very efficient in having each client served quickly. I had expected to be served after an hour wait but it was only 30 minutes and the process to get a replacement licence was almost 2 minutes more.
Quick and organised. During epidemic period - You'll require to go online to schedule an appointment in advance. Otherwise they said it can easily take 3 hrs maybe more or none at all.
I'm appalled by this service center. There was a false fire alarm today, and we were all forced to wait outside ofc makes sense, but than the employees started being rude and acting like they were celebrities trying to yell at us telling us what to do instead of being polite and asking the crowd nicely. They than went in and locked the door, we waited 15 min outside in the cold for whatever reason, terrible service. Won't be back.
I spoke to a lady at the counter, who verified with her 2 co-workers that I need to print my order to be used as an invoice, as it has the price details. I went and got a print out, the 4th lady said this is not acceptable, and guess what, when she checked with the other coworker, he didn't want to stand by his word... Very bad customer service, making your life miserable is their ultimate goal...
