Worst experience ever!!nI didn't realized before I did my appointment that this place have 2 stars.. which is already bed!nI waited for my appointment almost 4 months and when I did my appointment I asked them what I need to bring and they told what I need and that's what I brought with me, then after sitting in the waiting door for an hour and 15 minutes they finally called my number, I gave them everything that they asked me to bring when I did my appointment, after 45 minutes working on my file they told me that this is not the right documents. I tried bagging them to change the license, because if not, I will lose the insurance for my truck because I’m waiting already almost 5 months to get this done, but there was no one to talk to.!!nnPlease everyone that needs something from the saaq should make an appointment at a different location even it’s more far from his house it’s still worth it 100%!
got an appointment after 1 year gentleman on the phone was very sweetnSAAQ process was highly questionable - the lady who worked on my case was terrible - she didn't seem to be knowledgeable on how to add the Ontario Driver's extract, gave me only 8 months of validity even though i have 12 years of experience, charged $99 for an exchange where as online it shows $20-30, was too busy applying hand cream, too busy gossiping with other ladies about irrelevant matters and trying so very hard to eavesdrop and get utmost knowledge out of the gossipnSAAQ - your services are crumbling and inconsistent, get your act together
Honestly service was much better than expected. I went in to switch from an out of province licence and the lady helping me was very friendly and informative. My appointment was for 11:15 but I got there a few mins ahead and was done with the paperwork around 11:30. The downside is that my counter didn’t have a camera so I was sent back to the waiting area to get my picture taken, which took another 50 minutes... Honestly, super ineffective on their end so hoping they develop a better system.

Worst experience ever. Took us 3hrs with appointment! Seems they take breaks all the time all together. Only 3 desks were serving our letter and it took them 3 hrs to pass from letter Y046 to Y057. 3 hrs 3 desks for 11 people!!!!
