Completely useless. You get told come back tomorrow morning if you want an appointment and when you show up the next day they tell you no appointments available go to Jonquière.
As an Anglo with very limited french, they were exceptionally patient as we worked through some car registration. Very positive experience.
Everything was great. The staff were really nice and helpful
Super service
I had a 10-day transit period at the garage. I couldn't get an appointment within 10 days, so I showed up without one. No one was at the counter. They refused me because I didn't have an appointment. I've rarely seen such incompetence. I'll just put a license plate from another trailer on my new one. On top of that, I wasted an hour and a half registering on SAAQ Clik only to have my trailer registration refused online.
