You can take an online reservation and you don't have to wait at all. They kept the process post covid.

Terrible. Showed up, 5 people at the desk with a long line up outside. All the counters taking people with appointments only and avoiding everyone in line. When I asked, they said counter 1 and 2 was for no appointment yet those counters kept calling people with appointments only. Frustrating. Poor service. Avoid unless you want to sleep here.

Sold my car at the SAAQ within 20 minutes.nCan't complain about the service if you obtain an appointment. It saves you a lot of time. Wouldn't hurt if the some services were a little more in English but what can you do in Quebec...

Bring a bed and camping gear with you. If your waiting time is less than 4 hours, go to bet as soon as you get out of here. Because it means you are lucky

Organized, not many people. Don't see the point of having to make an appointment. Most that walked in didn't have one.
