The ABSOLUTE worst location!! Each time I’ve been required to come here I’ve been forgotten about. I’m unsure if this is because I don’t speak French or because I’m indigenous. It is said that they all can speak English to indigenous persons or if the person has had English contact with the QC government prior to a set date. However, once you ask for English everything shifts. They are incredibly rude and absolutely useless! If you can, go to a different location if you are indigenous or speak English, unless you enjoy being mistreated and enjoy being treated as less than.
Examiner was very rude before we even started the driving test. After the test she was very rude raising her voice and refuses to give me my paper slammed the car door and walked away. Not only that they were almost an hour late
If I could I would put less than 1 ....nnJust to start with for my appointment I made 20 mins late..... even though I am a foreigner so it is easy to get lost.... but I know I made a mistake so l'll take it.....nnWhat makes me more angry is the black guy at the entrance....Rude and unprofessional.... He laughed at me for being late and he talks about being late when he is the first one who wasnt in his place when I arrived at the office.nnNever seen such a racist black guy.... definetely LiFe has been hard to him...nnBut this did not give him the rights to be rude with others. Be happe Tubby!!!!
I understand French want to protect their language. But language should not be used as abuse to marginalize an Indigenous young woman trying to get her licence. Driving is empowering and provides mobility. The examiner used French language in an aggressive manner because he “had” to speaks English which he was able to, and contributed to a very bad experience. There are hundreds of indigenous languages in Canada and indigenous people never marginalized French or British settlers because of languages. Language is for communication, not abuse. Saaq expect to be treated politely by a customer, you should act respectfully as well.
They should take less time to explain the mistakes or take in side the saaq so driving schools don't lose the time they take 1 hour to explain the things
