Excellent service
Very nice welcome and very good service. The wait was not long and the assessor for my father's driving license was very friendly.
Honestly, very good service, courteous staff. I had a problem with SAAQ-clic and they helped me a lot because it was complicated.
I've been trying to call for days but every time the line cuts out because they're busy with calls... I found a plan B to try renting a car for my exam. I should go to the branch but even then I have to make an appointment but it takes a long time. Time is money as they say. So that's why my rating is so low.
The system is far too cumbersome and complex for nothing. A lot of new personnel are not trained before being sent to the front line. It's like Asteryx and the 12 tests with the b-32 form etc.... with the level of IT today it seems incredible to me to have to have paperwork like that.
