Clearly a lack of training or a blatant lack of resourcefulness among the workers behind the counter. It took three different girls to look at a proxy that was compliant. All the time spent looking at the sheet and telling me that in the end it was correct but that she didn't know when I was going to pass I would have had time to pass 5 times. In the end, I went to Ste Marie and it took 10 minutes.nPlease re-evaluate your staff.
There is no limit to the mediocrity of service.nIncompetence.nI'm not putting all the staff in the same boat but there is a good review to be done.
My daughter took her practical driving test here. The reception staff were really kind and empathetic towards my daughter which made her experience very positive. The examination is fast, efficient and without surprises. There was no wait when we passed.
We've been here for 2 hours for a moped test... and still waiting in the waiting room to get the license issued... luckily we had an appointment. Perhaps it should be said that you have to plan the day for that
