I took an appointment for opening Class-5 Driving license but No one to clarify which one is appointment line and which one is not. People have to stand in the line without any confirmation. They gave the token and we have to wait in the waiting area, which is big and spacious. Go the specific counter thats mentioned on the display screen with your token number They opened the file but gave appointment for knowledge Test after a monthdue to apparent server down issue So far, overall experience is good, but can be improved in terms of user experience

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BEFOR YOU COME HERE The best SAAQ outlet in the town. Most of the employees are friendly and fast French & English. No too long waiting compared to other outlets.

Sadly as big as it is very disorganized, they keep you waiting without even once coming to check at you ... no courtesy... the line up getting bigger and bigger... waiting more than 15m no one was moving from it place time to come 4:30 pm .. ether up there customer service and give number instead of stending up for nothing or just close it .. really very disappointing service ... they should cut the branch in half no need for this big place unless you start better receptionist that direct people in adequate way ..

Today I got my first road test here. Service was good in SAAQ until exam. The road test instructor was looking very nice guy at first but started talking too much during the test and distracting me a lot. He was rushing me to go faster during the test, then he accused me with driving in school zone with 42 km which didn't happen in school zone. When I said I can see the blindspots without turning head too much, he said it is a lie. Contradictingly, he claimed in report that I don't have confidence. I think this branch might have some periodic quotas to fail people so they need to populate some reasons. Then you repeat the test again again and again and pay each time. By the way, I waited 40 minutes in longueuil terminus station just to be able to buy 1 ticket, to take #8 bus coming through this branch. Here? Never again.

I just want to share this in hopes some people can be helped. The line system makes no sense here. I’ve taken an appointment, not taken an appointment, showed up early…it’s never clear. Routinely they will tell you do or do not need an appointment depending who you call or talk to. Some poor people were waiting in the wrong line for an hour while others pushed ahead and got through. Some people were slipping in through the doors on the side. It was insane. I just feel confused how they do this everyday and the signs for the lines and appointments are still so unclear. Even people who speak French were confused but even more for people who spoke English or little of either. I find myself very sorry for the employees trying to manage e chaos. I really wish someone could come and help clear up the processes here

This place is a **** hole. Been there several times. 1st time I was told to make an appointment by phone so I did, after 1 hour waiting on the phone. I came in with the appointment confirmation on my phone and I was told the appointment I made was for Canadian citizens and I am just a permanent resident The staff at the window just looked at my passport and sent me out. I told them I had my quebec drivers license so they have my file and the manager still sent me home and told me to call the same number again which is ridiculous. I hope they shut down this place and it will make no difference because they are not doing anything.

This place really sucked, checked their website and this place said there is no need for an appointment and drove there to get my license to be renewed and had to tell us go to the one at the CAA Longueuilwhich I do recommend going there instead, appointment or non-appointment needed but I really hope there will be a SAAQ in Brossard where we can take our exams. driving test, renewing license etc., would be super convenient

I just registered my vehicle there; the service was efficient and prompt. I was very pleased. However, it seems most or all of the Mall doors are locked until a certain time of the morning 9? 10? so I ended up walking around the building to the other side. None of the SAAQ entrances were openable so I had to ask somebody exiting from a rear door to let me in, from where I could finally enter the Mall & find the outlet. Place Desormeaux should indicate clearly the Mall opening hours & which if any doors are open outside before those hours. The SAAQ should have signage to help clients.

Book an appointment and they go. All services available for driver license. Make sure go with your debit Card .

I took road exam for two times, I felt very nervous before and during the test. The first is very terrible. My second examiner is Mr.Vitali, he is very kind and patient. I enjoyed the driving in the exam
