SAAQ

i had my driver’s exam at 9am, and was seen right away. we left the place at 10am and my evaluator eric was super nice. french is not my first language but he was very patient with me. fast service, would recommend

It's not well managed, the agents are nice but I waited 1hr15 for a simple change of name, I had to go see 2 desks because I needed my picture taken so they sent me back to the waiting area instead of receiving me once at a counter with camera. Plus the agents almost all take their break at once which caused a major build-up in the waiting area. I work at a federal office and we must take our breaks consecutively so that this doesn't happen. Very disappointing.

Very welcoming service. Make sure to make an appointment first! I find the overall service was much better than the SAAQ in Montreal. Fast, helpful, and efficient.

You know when you get in, but not when you'll be out. You have to take a full day off to wait for hours in an overcrowded waiting room. There is 30 booths, but around 6-8 members of personnel only at all times. Not your place if you like fast service.

Sevice is great more then great its amazing.***YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT***for sure, the wait is eternal if you don't. other then that it's pretty quick.
