Very disappointing the service becomes slack. Everything goes online, everything is extremely complicated. It became impossible to call and speak to a human. I gave one star because I couldn't give any otherwise I would have! Very poor since the new online service reform..

Opinion concerning the SAAQ in general, not particularly that of Baie-comeau.nnAlready it has become almost obligatory to make an appointment in advance, the fact of not being able to make it by telephone it can only be made online makes it very unpleasant.
Just to share with you the experience of the saaq office I understand that our government is so mixed up it's ridiculous waiting 3 days in line for a vehicle transfer 5 appointments and everything kicks out those who don't have an appointmentnand the room is empty it's really ridiculous first come first served it was going very well but too easy
Always good service. The new obligations to make an appointment are so far, for me, very useless because there is almost no waiting.
