Been at this office a couple times and I like how easy it is to deal with the staff here, super friendly, speak both French and English fluently.nThe other day dealt with Jean-Franc, first time I saw him there, very friendly, good sense of humor, and easy to deal with. Recommend this SAAQ location for those who don’t have an appointment and don’t mind waiting.
Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here, Experience is good for me; I came 2 time for new comer from Ontario, both time just walked in, and my request finish in 30 min. All of them hard working and welcoming, full bilinguals.
I’ll give this location a fantastic review because the employees are so attentive and incredibly helpful. Other than that I can’t blame them, the long lines and the fact that they don’t except debit in 2022.nnWill be back for any car needs for sure. I can’t stress enough how polite and nice the staff is.
You cannot get a person to answer the phone at the 1-800 number.nAll I want to do is replace a lost driver’s licence and this is taking a ridiculous amount of time.
Was turned around in Hull no walk-ins although the website shows the location as a point of service for things you can not do on-line came here and was served quickly by friendly staff.
