what a useless phone number!! called and had to listen to 5 minutes of a recording talking about CAA and SAAQ only for it to hang up at the end of the speech. Can't talk to a human. don't waste your time calling.
Not happy. Trying to get a plaque for a trailer that I bought 3 months ago. SAAQ was closed for several weeks. I finally got an appointment six weeks later but was told my documents were expired. Got lucky and tracked down the seller to re-sign the documents. Went again, but without an appointment and waited more than three hours. This time I was told that there was other information missing contrary to the website information. Now I can’t track down the seller. I need to get my trailer registered so I can use it. Really poor coordination in the Sainte Agathe office.
Terrible service. 1 person to serve 30 people in line. Very slow.
excellent service was in and out under 2 mins for vehicle registration
No human being answering on the phone....
