Very long waiting time, all day, no matter when you show up, there's always a lineup. Staff is OK and meet minimal standards in terms of customer service.  Could be way better!!!

Went in for my written driver’s test today, and the lady ‘in charge of helping out’ near the test room was VERY RUDE and not helpful at all. 
It’s unacceptable to be disrespectful to clients!

The staff are like the sloths in the movie Zootopia. Plus, they are rude! Worst experience of my whole life.
