Very bad service gave me appointment for 9h30 still waiting outside with 70 people at least because inside they are talking laughing for something and not carrying if people coming from far, leaving kids earlier, stressing to get there on time to not refuse after i don't know who can punish government offices to treat humans like dogs?! Ah no nowadays dogs are more precious than humans

Very quick to be able to fit me in and renew my licence! No appointment - walked right in and got in and done within 20 mins. Recommend highly based on my positive experience.nnAnyone complaining about racism in the other reviews, are simply using their culture or skin colour to their advantage cause they don’t get what they want.. The old lady working as a security officer is very rude. She was constantly frowning at me with contempt maybe because of my islamic attire. The other officer let my husband and kids in, while afterwards she said its too crowded and they should not be inside. Not gonna come to this center again.

I politely asked some old white female employee where I could wait to take my road test since I have never been to this SAAQ before and she ended up crashing out. She yelled at me for no reason and accused me of all sorts of stuff even though I paid and got my papers verified. Surprised she isn’t in a retirement home yet! Very professional…

I tried hard to successfully book the appointment of transferring my Ontarian license to Quebec 2 months ago. I was waived on waiting in the queue and waited for about 30 mins to be served. The staff was friendly and able to speak English if needed, only the SAAQ booking system is really undeveloped. For people from Ontario, remember you need to provide Driver History instead of Driver Record for your driving experience to be recognized.
