What's the point of having a site with schedules if you can't announce that you're closed for repairs? My mother went there for nothing even though I had checked the opening time. closure on the website. it's not strong.
I arrived at 3:30 p.m. closing at 4 p.m. there were 4 people before me. The last customer before me finished at 4 p.m. The employee received me with great professionalism and attentiveness. She was always smiling, lived up to my expectations and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this SAAQ point of sale. THANKS.
Would be interesting to know that you close from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. not listed on the schedule. Open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Be clearer.
What's the point of making appointments if you make people pass without an appointment before us????......seriously the customer service leaves something to be desired.
