The website isn’t clear, I order a doorbell that wasn’t working. Apparently it’s a set of two what was nowhere to be found. After many phone calls, emails and different service desks employees I received my return, but unfortunately it was only half of what I’ve spent, due to €10 delivering costs even though it was a very small package. Wouldn’t recommend
Most strange shop I ever tried to order something. Firstly they offer up to 6 days delivery and after placing the order I was supposed to call them to change the order if they are not able to deliver my ordered article. Hmmm, then I asked them after 6 days, their commited max delivery time, when I can expect my order. Answer was: we don't know! I was asking for refund which they told me they will do and I am still waiting. For sure not the place I would try to order anymore!
Extremely slow shipping times. They sent a shipment confirmation even before they hand the package to DPD or DHL. It takes 3 weeks for a small parcel to arrive to Spain. Shipping cost is expensive too 15 EUR. To avoid!
Idiotic is not strong enough to describe their delivering. They should be taxed for this delivery. 40x20x10cm box for one SMD!
They offer items that they don't have on stock for which they charge money and then for 20 days they cannot provide refund. This company is a joke.
Second order in two weeks, both delivered in two days. Reichelt was one of the few suppliers only? to be able to deliver ATMEGA328P. Very happy with their service.
I got email from Google that my password at their online shop got compromised. Unfortunately, it is impossible to reset the password, as the website requires username, which I do not remember, and when I ask to have it reminded, nothing happens once I provide my email. So not only I was not satisfied with shopping there, now because of their lack of security and ineffective password reset solutions, I am potentially at threat or I would be if I used password I use anywhere else when I was setting account there. In overall, I do not recommend this shop.
In stock material i ordered more than 2 weeks ago has not been shipped yet and nobody is answering my emails. So i have absolutely no idea of when the material will be shipped. In addition there isn't any possybility to cancel an order. Terrible service, if i could i would definetly order somewhere else. EDIT: i still haven't received all of the items i ordered but only a part of them. This is unacceptale as they were shown as "in stock" at the moment of the order
I order, different parts, it will be sent with DPD. You cannot indicate on the website that you want it delivered to a depot. It takes a while before the package is sent. There's the tracking number. And it was delivered! Where? Asked at the nearest depot, no it is not there. No paper in the mailbox. Package has not been put anywhere around the house. I also let Reichelt know. I signed a statement that I really didn't receive it. They promised that the package will be resent. I only get a backorder of a potentiometer, I also sent a photo that only a potentiometer was in it, and they just say that all packages have arrived! I paid €67 for a nine euro potentiometer.
I pre-ordered via e-mail, got the reply on the same day and self-collected an hour later! The staff in the stationary shop was nice and the service went smoothly and expressly. Solid customer approach.
