My sincere recommendation, please do not appoint these lawyers for any of your real estate dealings. These guys didn't even tell me about the lien on the property for the furnace. It was under a 7 year contract by the previous owners and these people snuck those papers on the bundle and never explained about the contract. Also, never helped any on the transfers / hand over on the keys and many other small details. On the whole, it was a complete mess by these people on my closure. It is been 1 year since my closure. Still I am feeling bad for engaging these guys for my deal. The documentation also wasn't delivered as per the discussion. I will never look to these guys for anything and wouldn't recommend them to any of my friends. I am Feeling very bad that I don't have an option to rate negative stars.

I like people who value others’ time. I had 2-3 appointments and every time they saw me right on time. No nonsense talks. In and out of the office in 10 minutes every time. Amazing people.

Together they made the process smooth and a thousand times less stressful by actually responding to emails, calls and being prompt! Avni met with me via Zoom on several occasions to personally go over details of my purchase agreement and followed up with the builder regarding my concerns and their responses.
