My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for him. We shopped around but were not finding anything that stood out or exactly what he was looking for. Once we connected with Jon & Travis at Re Car Fredericton, we felt a connection and kept in touch with them and continued to watch their inventory, but never got pressured in any way unless WE wanted to look at a vehicle. They offered to transfer in a car from another location that we were interested in and then a Toyota Tacoma showed up on the lot in Fredericton and my husband really wanted to get it. They worked with us over the course of a week or so to get us exactly the trade-in value we wanted, the loan terms we wanted and were able to answer all of our questions in a fun and friendly environment and manner. Once again, we felt absolutely no pressure and in the world of cars, financing, interest rates etc they made it all seem seamless and fun. In the end, my husband got the truck he wanted at a great price, great interest rate, great trade-in value, and loan terms he wanted and he even was able to get a winter set of tires so he is all set for both seasons. We had so much fun working with Jon and Travis we would highly recommend talking with them before finalizing a deal anywhere else. Their posted no-haggle pricing is hard to beat. Other places mark them up just to make them down. At Re Car, you get the best deal right up front and that is really important to me. It feels honest and genuine with no games right from day 1. You can also take your dog there, which our dog loved, and hey Jon, don't forget the treats next time : We will definitely be shopping with them when I am ready for a new car or SUV. Was very impressed with service. Travis greet us promptly even though was parking cars. Answered all our questions, viewed couple cars,when we returned following day again great reception, took vehicle of our choice out for drive with no pressure of time constraints or pressure to buy. When we decided wanted SUV, price quotes ×4 were video out to me considering wasn't living in Fredericton, chose our payment, went back day 4 and signed and purchased SUV. I had such a positive experience with Holly and the team. They took the stress out of buying a car. From the top I got a personalized video so I knew who to look for when I arrived for my apt. They helped me get the best price for my old car and got my into the car of my dreams. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. The warranty and guarantee on the vehicles is incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough.
No pressure sales environment with absolutely flawless customer care and service. Was kept in the loop by the salesmen the entire process. Travis, the main salesperson I was dealing with ensured I understood all processes and prerequisites to their sales process. At the end of the day yes I said end of day, not multiple days with odd wait times and off putting processes I left with my own brand new car which suites exactly what I wanted for a great price. Travis was great and made it easy. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Test drove the vehicle that night and started the paperwork. Got the highest value for my trade in. Wishing the car had been detailed better and I didn't have to wait so long to meet with financing but other than that they had a great selection and one of the easiest car buys I've made. Thank you!
Travis and the team were so amazing! I have bought and sold cars in the past with dealerships and have had some good experiences and some awful ones. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I was accommodated for the vehicles I wished to see that were not on the lot, I had answers almost immediately, with all the information, when I had questions. I never felt any pressure for a sale. Everything was explained and Travis even went the extra mile to give me a briefing on all the tech that came with my Tiguan when I was ready to drive it home. I have never been more happier with a purchase in my life. When a minor issue arose a week later, I emailed and had an answer and solution within minutes. When I brought my car back in for a wrap, it was done quicker than the time I was given and they even did another detail on the interior for me! I am so impressed by his service and I will be getting my next car kids from Travis in the future! :
