Story

Hey, I'm Ryan Lefebvre! A Real Estate Specialist born and raised in Cold Lake, Alberta. I have over 7 years of experience as a Realtor in the community, and I am currently the Broker and Co-Owner of Coldwell Banker Home Team Realty. I work closely with my Father, Bernard Lefebvre, who has a wealth of knowledge from his 15 years in the industry... I guess you could say Real Estate is in my blood! With an entrepreneurial spirit and a will to learn, I look forward to any new project or challenge.

My family has a long history in Cold Lake, the Lefebvre's were some of the first pioneers to settle the area over 100 years ago. The idea of a better and more prosperous life out West spurred my Great Grandfather Z.A. Lefebvre to move his family from Quebec. This notion still rings true as our population has grown year-over-year, mostly with young families!

Cold Lake has been my playground for 26 years! In the summer, Cold Lake transforms into a paradise in Alberta. When the days are long and the sun is hot there is endless activities to enjoy. From early morning kayak sessions, quadding, wake boarding and weekend pontoon cruises to long walks along the beach! During the winter months, Cold Lake plays host to a snowy wonderland for snowmobiling, skating and ice fishing! Cold Lake is also home to the largest ski hill in northeastern Alberta, Kinosoo Ridge Snow Resort. This city has something for everyone!
