Fast and attentive service. They get the basics right, French toast, waffles, pretty good. Home fries could use a little help, but the orange juice is awesome. The place looks good the server was very nice, when I visited it was very busy but only waited a few minutes to be seated the food is good and the portions are big, they have a list that you have to put your name in for the wait and some people didn't knew that and people that got there last went in front of them.
Fast, friendly neighborhood restaurant. I had an omelette w salty home fries which otherwise were good. No healthy substitutions allowed like greens. The HOMEMADE BREAD we got blueberry was sweetly WONDERFUL. I like my spinach and mushroom omelette.Recommended dishesScrambled Eggs, French Toast
UPDATE 06/10/22 Finally made it back to Holyoke to see family. Swung by Rusty's for Breakfast, and it was awesome! The buzz is back, I am so glad they survived COVID and are still making my favorite, the Homemade style hash, it was delicious! My wife enjoyed the poached eggs, said they were perfect. Now all I have to do is convince them to set up shop in Alaska and I'm set! Best Homemade Hash I've ever had. Biscuits and Sausage Gravy are wicked awesome. Waitresses are great. I like sitting at the bar listening to the buzz. I hope they open back up soon.
Tried out Rusty's for the first time today for breakfast . Our server, can't remember her name, provided top service. The food was delicious and big portions, I only managed to eat half and will be eating the rest now at 11 o'clock at night. Best place I've been to by far for breakfast. Can't wait to come back and try some other things on the menu.
Seems like a place only the locals know about in this New England town. Great place for breakfast. The corned beef hash Benedict was delicious and you have got to try the pancakes. They were huge and absolutely delicious. This place is the real deal diner.
Food was great. Huge portions; I ate like an absolute PIG but I have a soft spot for good diner food so happily gorged myself lol. Orange juice seemed like it was freshly squeezed too, top quality. Wait staff experience was about the most attentive I've ever had in my life; and we eat out a LOT. Probably not more than 5 minutes past each time where they came by again and asked how we liked our food and if we needed anything else. Very friendly. Only upsetting thing is I wish I had more room in my stomach to pack more food in; I wanted to try so many other things on the menu. All around, A++++ we will be back! Great job guys, keep it up!
Food and atmosphere as always great. Our waitress was lackluster at best,we've never had her before, but her lack of attention to customers and hiding behind the counter made for poor service. Definitely not the norm with other waitstaff.Food: 5/5
Great place to eat breakfast and lunch, I love their omelette's. Really nice staff and very friendly about the menu. Atmosphere at 6am was polite and quiet, will definitely be returning here again soon. Kid-friendliness: Things on the menu for kids. Parking: Parking lot entrance on Nonotuck st
The past 4 or 5 times of ordering the portions are becoming smaller and smaller,we keep hoping it's a mistake but it's reoccurring, literally 3 bites of hash browns,and a tiny piece of ham. Food is always good though.
