I found Rustic Furniture Outlet on Google and Pinterest. I loved their chairs and didn't see anything else like them! Stephanie was wonderful to work with and dealing with sending the chairs to the U.S. Acacia is an amazing wood, beautiful wood grain, durable and easy to clean. Thanks so much Stephanie!

This was the first time I have ever ordered something substantial on line like furniture and my experience with Rustic Furniture Outlet from Montreal has been fantastic. There was a very minor delay in delivery with not all pieces arriving the same day. Stephanie was very responsive and kept in contact even calling personally to assure me. She has a great attitude! My furniture arrived the next business day and is gorgeous in my home. I would definitely recommend this company and can't wait to visit their showroom next time I visit Montreal.

Purchased the 79" Wright Rough Industrial mango dining table X legs and was facetimed the table via WhatsApp call and it looked great. Each table in this design is unique as it is handmade. The one we received had a very uneven surface. So it is not conducive to use for it's purpose of a dining table. When you place your glass or canned drinks on the table they sit on an angle in some areas which keeps causing issues of spills. Your dinner plates keep tipping back n forth on a couple of the seats because of how the surface is so uneven there so it's a bit off when trying to eat. Buyer beware before purchasing as the table looks smooth in the pictures and the description doesn't detail that the table top is not smooth. A little bit of unevenness one may be able to deal with, but there are large bows in certain areas and the one you will be shown on FaceTime may be a different one or it is not clear enough to see how uneven the surface actually is. No remedy from company as they say it's not a manufacturing defect and that's the feature of it. This feature has no benefit. So be careful when purchasing their dining tables as it may not be functional for you as it isn't for us. Table looks great otherwise. Too bad it's so uneven. When you run your hand over it, it's like going over a hill on one end! Purchased a bed and it was beautiful with no issues. Just the table is not recommended. If you are sure you know what you want then the customer service is great and delivery will be made with no issues. But if you come across any issues good luck trying to get the problem rectified. ---------- Further to your response. We have not used it DAILY for over a month as we are currently still using the dining table we already had before. We actually can't use it for its designed purpose cause of the flaws mentioned. When we did use it when we had guests over, we had to cover the beauty of it with a vinyl tablecloth cause we were afraid something would spill, and of course it did. If it has to be covered for protection no point of having it. The review is posted as a warning for others to consider if they are thinking of purchasing this table.
