Best Italian in Scranton hands down. I try to go here everytime I visit the area. I stopped making my own red clam sauce because I cant make it this good.
Russell's is noted for having a great bar area with knowledgeable bar tenders. The decor, while dated is charming in an ironic way. The food is quite superb. I especially recommend the Filet. The vodka sauce is also excellent. I highly recommend it as a reliable choice where you are treated like family.
