Having restaurant-grade equipment won’t make you an amazing cook, but it helps! The folks at Russell Hendrix are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside is they don’t have a location in the south side!

I bought two trays, I would like to thank your 3 or 4 staff in the assistance of an individual in health distress calling ambulance and using encouraging and calming words in your parking lot at approximately 10:15 am August 27 2020. It's just ok , I thought with the merging of the two companies and from what I heard around town, show room would have been much bigger and variety of items could have been more. Wasn't overly impressed.

Service is terrible. Prices are not competitive. Parts and service are even worst when it comes to customer service. Selection for small wares and dinning room supplies are minimal. This place has gone down ever since the merger. Get your accounting right RH.
